    Change your password to something more personal and memorable. You should change your password regularly to keep your account more secure. You can also update all your personal details for when we need to contact you

    In this section you can view all your 'Parent Mobile' Mobile invoices and payment history. You can download your latest invoice, as well as any previous invoices we have sent you.

    If you for any reason get suspended by 'Parent Mobile' Mobile or you get close to your credit limit, you can make a payment in your account using a valid credit or debit card.

    In this section you will be able to check your bill cap limit. To increase your credit limit you will need to contact the 'Parent Mobile' Mobile customer service team.

Keep your number

Keeping your existing number is easy. Simply ask your current network provider for a PAC (porting authorisation code) and we can port your number to our network in minutes.
